Pinnacle International, a high rise developer with exciting projects in Toronto and Mississauga, is seeking an energetic Customer Care Representative to work as a key member of our customer care team. The Customer Care Representative will play a pivotal role in our customer service team, being a point of contact for purchasers throughout the new home warranty process while representing Pinnacle International in all interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and Respond to Customer concerns via email or telephone
• Document and enter all deficiency concerns into our customer service portal
• Prepare and manage deficiency work sheets for trades and Pinnacle International service persons
• Organize, schedule and manage trades in order to address in suite deficiency concerns and repairs
• Develop a constructive and helpful working relationship with customer and other Pinnacle  International departments
• Assist in the management and implementation of Tarion Pre-Delivery Inspections

Qualifications

• Applicable diploma from a college, university and or trade school
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Tarion Protocols, Guidelines, timelines and statutory forms
• Experience in high rise construction environment will be considered an asset
• Must have adequate computer skills and be comfortable with computer software

Pinnacle International, a Toronto-based High Rise Condo Developer, is seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of a Construction Superintendent. Minimum 5 years’ related high rise experience and must have overseen a project from start to finish. Responsibilities include: managing the on-site construction operations as well as staff/sub-contractors, concrete take offs, scheduling, safety regulations, municipal inspections and occupancy, pre-delivery inspections, close out, quality control, etc…. Must demonstrate a sound understanding of construction details for exterior and interior finishes, and have excellent communication and problem solving skills. Pinnacle International, a high rise developer with exciting projects in Toronto and Mississauga seeks an experienced individual for the position of Project Manager. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years related experience in high rise construction and project management, with construction related education (Architecture / Engineering / Project Management).

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Construction and will be responsible for executing projects from pre construction through to close out, in a timely and cost effective manner; namely, coordinating working drawings and the consultant team, permit submission & municipal approvals; preparing construction budgets, schedules, and quantity takeoffs; liaise with trades, site personnel, consultants, etc. during construction to resolve problems and track progress; tendering and contract administration; occupancy, registration and turnover.

Must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, computer literate (Microsoft Office); possess exceptional written, communication and problem solving skills.
