Pinnacle International, a high rise developer with exciting projects in Toronto and Mississauga seeks an experienced individual for the position of Project Manager. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 – 7 years related experience in high rise construction and project management, with construction related education (Architecture / Engineering / Project Management).

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Construction and will be responsible for executing projects from pre construction through to close out, in a timely and cost effective manner; namely, coordinating working drawings and the consultant team, permit submission & municipal approvals; preparing construction budgets, schedules, and quantity takeoffs; liaise with trades, site personnel, consultants, etc. during construction to resolve problems and track progress; tendering and contract administration; occupancy, registration and turnover.

Must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, computer literate (Microsoft Office); possess exceptional written, communication and problem solving skills.
