Pinnacle International, a Toronto-based High Rise Condo Developer, is seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of a Construction Superintendent. Minimum 5 years’ related high rise experience and must have overseen a project from start to finish. Responsibilities include: managing the on-site construction operations as well as staff/sub-contractors, concrete take offs, scheduling, safety regulations, municipal inspections and occupancy, pre-delivery inspections, close out, quality control, etc…. Must demonstrate a sound understanding of construction details for exterior and interior finishes, and have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
