Pinnacle International, a high rise developer with exciting projects in Toronto and Mississauga, is seeking an energetic Customer Care Representative to work as a key member of our customer care team. The Customer Care Representative will play a pivotal role in our customer service team, being a point of contact for purchasers throughout the new home warranty process while representing Pinnacle International in all interactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and Respond to Customer concerns via email or telephone
- Document and enter all deficiency concerns into our customer service portal
- Prepare and manage deficiency work sheets for trades and Pinnacle International service persons
- Organize, schedule and manage trades in order to address in suite deficiency concerns and repairs
- Develop a constructive and helpful working relationship with customer and other Pinnacle International departments
- Assist in the management and implementation of Tarion Pre-Delivery Inspections
Qualifications
- Applicable diploma from a college, university and or trade school
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Tarion Protocols, Guidelines, timelines and statutory forms
- Experience in high rise construction environment will be considered an asset
- Must have adequate computer skills and be comfortable with computer software
