With construction started we are incredibly proud to share some updated photos of the new park. Fairwinds Park, which is located to the south west portion of the site, features a significant amount of fun and family friendly amenities that will welcome both young and older residents to the area. The park will feature a nautical-themed playground including The HMCS PINNACLE ship. Other fun aspects of the playground include a whale, a lighthouse which will illuminate at night, a series of small lifeboats, puffin fish and real sand and a beach section.

The first shovel hit the ground in 2012 with Crystal Condominiums, the twin 28 and 24 storey condominium towers at the northwest corner of Hurontario Street and Eglinton Ave. Since then we have seen great success with The Marquee Townhomes, Amber Condominiums and more recently, Perla Towers.

While we have seen some great success with both Perla and Amber, we still have a handful of move-in now options for those looking to call Mississauga’s Perla Towers home.
