Construction Update: Pinnacle One Yonge

We continue to be incredibly excited by the progress that we see at our Toronto Master Planned Community, Pinnacle One Yonge.

The last time we dropped by the corner of Lakeshore Ave and Yonge Street, we witnessed the delivery of the first crane on site, while also getting excited for the progress that we see at The Prestige at Pinnacle One Yonge. Since then, we’ve continued to see the 65 storey tower rise, while also see a second crane come on site. The second tower on site, Skytower, has seen some progress with regards to the excavation and we are now starting to see the site start to fill in with footings, concrete, etc. We look forward to seeing SkyTower start to get back to ground level as we add parking floors, mechanical systems. etc.
