February Construction Update: PJ Condominiums

There’s no doubt about it, our latest entry into Toronto’s Entertainment District is turning heads. PJ Condominiums, following in the footsteps of The Pinnacle on Adelaide, has received praise for its sharp, attractive design and sleek and sophisticated look in one of Toronto’s top locations.

We last dropped by PJ Condos in September to take a peek at the progress that our team has made with regards to the project. Back in September we were celebrating the buildings topping off and the glass and cladding moving its way up the building. As you can see from the photos, not only has the cladding and glass made its way up the building, the building is now fully and completed the glass and cladding, in addition to finalizing the north facing balconies. Over the next few months, our team hopes to see the interior suites start to take shape.

The PJ is the new kid on the block, infusing life and spirit into this ever-transforming downtown location. Located in Toronto’s lively Entertainment District, feel the buzz and bustle of fabulous downtown life. Show-hop on King Street West at one of the many iconic theatres, catch a film at

TIFF Bell Lightbox, watch a musical performance at Princess of Wales or listen to a string quartet at Roy Thomson Hall. Window-shop on Queen Street West or let your inner foodie reign free with the city’s best street meats and fine dining. The possibilities are endless!

PJ condos, rising 48 storeys tall and resting on a 6 storey podium that will house a mix of retail, residential and amenity space. Luxurious amenities on the 6th floor include an outdoor pool and hot tub, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.
