Construction Update: The Prestige at Pinnacle One Yonge

It seemed like yesterday that we announced the arrival of the initial tower at our Pinnacle One Yonge community, The Prestige. We, like all of Toronto, have watched the building take shape and establish itself in Toronto’s skyline.
The last time we visited the site, the tower had just topped off and the class and cladding was headed to the top as well. The building, while not complete on the exterior, has seen some significant gains. Now, not only is the building topped off and the glass and exterior cladding complete, work has started on the interior of the building, with tradespeople working upwards on the suites. We are excited to welcome the first set of residents into the community this year.
