December Construction Update – The Prestige at Pinnacle One Yonge

It’s been two years since we first put shovels in the ground of our initial tower at our Pinnacle One Yonge master planned community, The Prestige.

Since that time it’s been exciting for us, local residents and future owners watch the building take shape at the foot of Yonge Street. We’ve watched the big dig take place, the foundation pour and finally, the building reaching ground level. In the last few months, we have seen the building start to rise and take shape in Toronto’s waterfront area. As you can see from the photos, the building has risen a significant amount, with it now being visible across multiple locations in the downtown core. Glass is starting to appear on the exterior podium, while the building continues to rise upwards.

Set to rise 65 stories, phase one at Pinnacle One Yonge, The Prestige, will put you in the midst of one of the most dynamic locations in the city, with the features and finishes to match. Suites finishes are highlighted by their elegant interiors, chic kitchens and spa inspired bathrooms. Condominium amenities will feature a private gym, indoor and outdoor children play area and a dog run and washing stations. Thanks to our Family Friendly program, units in this development are designed with the family in minded, with over 40 percent of the suites being 2 bedroom or larger. Once completed, The Pinnacle One Yonge community will feature an expansive centralized park for public use and a 50,000 square foot start of the art community centre, one that will offer basketball courts, activity rooms and a 25 metre pool.
