May Construction Update: Cypress at Pinnacle Etobicoke

We’ve seen quite a bit of action recently at Cypress at Pinnacle Etobicoke. Our first tower in our Etobicoke master planned community, Cypress has seen quite a bit of changes over the past few months.

When we last visited in February, we witnessed the building had started to take shape, with hopes that the building would soon be topped off. We can now see that not only is the building topped off, the buildings exterior glass and cladding, plus a handful of unique finishes such as the buildings entrances, are now complete. The majority of the work in the building has transitioned to the interior, with our construction team starting to focus on both the retail and residential aspects of the community. With occupancy tentatively scheduled to commence in July, it’s exciting to see the progress that has been made over the past few months.

Rising 25 storeys tall, Cypress with a wide range of residential suite layouts along with 16,000 square feet of retail and 40,000 square feet of office space in the 8 storey podium, it will set the foundation for this exciting new master-planned community.
